Abstract/Summary The Hume Youth Commitment was relaunched on 15 March 2010, but has been established since late 2007. It is targeted at improving young people¿s education and transition outcomes. It is modelled on the Whittlesea Youth Commitment and currently has over 70 individual stakeholders and 34 member organisations who have signed a Spirit of Co-operation Agreement document (Refer to Appendix 3).
