Abstract/Summary This project was undertaken to study Australian individual consumers' use of personal cloud services. The aims were to identify consumers' personal cloud awareness, behaviours, experiences and expectations, and to develop recommendations and guidelines that address the issues and challenges that confront consumers and that improve the quality of their experience.
