Abstract/Summary This report examines the 24 month outcomes of the Melbourne Street to Home service. Melbourne Street to Home is designed to end chronic homelessness using a Housing First approach. The report found that 70% of the participants were housed and most (80%) had maintained their housing for over a year. The report notes however that those who became homeless at a younger age (18 or younger) were less successful at exiting homelessness than those who first became homeless as adults.
