Abstract We propose a 'Big Social Data as a Service' (BSDaaS) composition framework that extracts the data from social information services, and transforms it into useful information. We propose a novel service quality model to capture the dynamic features of social information services. We devise a quality model driven composition mechanism by using graph-planning. We use social information services based sentiment analysis as our motivating scenario. Experiments are conducted on real-world datasets and results show the efficiency of our approach.
