Abstract As new media technologies continue to proliferate, giving rise to unprecedented forums and frontiers for nonfiction filmmaking, we have begun to see the rise of novel forms such as the 'WEBDOC' - documentaries that are accessible online, and with highly interactive and participative components. Kim Munro examines the current state and future of the WEBDOC in the Australian screen landscape.
