Summary This chapter describes the process of embedding sustainability education (SE) across courses and faculties at La Trobe University in Victoria, Australia. Challenges and successes are discussed. Outcomes demonstrated that promoting breadth has not compromised depth of development. These outcomes have depended on framing SE as an educational issue, integrated with other university education development initiatives, and taking whole-of-institution approaches that provided coordination of stakeholders at all levels.
